Life on the road can be tough for touring actors. But fortunately, the cast of “The Book of Mormon,” which returns to Tennessee Performing Arts Center’s Jackson Hall on Nov. 15, has its own personal tour guide in former Belmont University student Candace Quarrels. And she can’t wait to show her cast mates around Music City.

“I am so excited to get back to Nashville,” says Quarrels, a Memphis native who plays Nabulungi in the nine-time Tony Award-winning musical. “Motown Monday, shopping in the Gulch, Bongo Java — you name it. We’re going to eat everything, and just have so much fun.”
